There wasn't very much I could do with the rear panel. The old 200W AT power
supply was huge. I just couldn't do much with the two openings it left behind.
I did experiment with epoxy on a couple of the smaller holes. You
cant see it very well in the photo but I filled two holes bottom right with
epoxy, sanded and put some aluminum tap over it. Why not just cover them with tape.
It left very obvious indents, without filling in the
holes.
Filling, sanding, and giving it a silver
paint job would fix the back,
although I'd have to get really bored to spend that much time
of the rear panel, as you can see there's quit a lot of holes and my electric
sander is no more.
The external molex connector (optional) for running the fans and the neons
(as soon as I get them) Using an external power supply isn't accually needed.
The system runs fine on the 300W addtronics installed in the case.
The old AT
power supply that came out of the case works great as and external one.
But I plan on getting a variable voltage PS to run
the fans more quietly.
