Junior Officer Training

Congratulations on yer promotion to Junior Officer! Here is what ye need to do in order to be promoted to Full Officer.

First, ye must be a Junior Officer. See How To Get Promoted fer details.

Second ye need to pass each of the following lessons:

• Junior Officer Lesson 1 Officer Basics

• Junior Officer Lesson 2 Trading Runs

• Junior Officer Lesson 3 Foraging and Trading

• Junior Officer Lesson 4 Shooting and Hunting Brigands

• Junior Officer Lesson 5 Handling Experienced Jobbers

• Junior Officer Lesson 6 Handling Greenies

• Junior Officer Lesson 7 Serious Pillaging and PVP

• Final Check Ride

Pirates who have experience being an officer in another crew can simply read all the lessons and then ask fer a check ride to see which lessons need to be given formally afore the final check ride.
