ProMech has experience with the management of large, complex projects to
help assure your project is completed on time and within budget.

• Led a program to develop, debug and install a series of assembly machines to produce a complex sensor requiring over 20 components.

• Installed and managed the startup of a production facility in Chihuahua, Mexico for assembly of transformers and switching components.

• Developed, installed and managed the startup of a major parts handling system used to maintain a balanced production of a family of electro-mechanical products where a mix of manual and automated operations are required.

• Lead a Manufacturing Methods and Technology study for the U.S. Army Research and Development Command (ARDEC) to develop technology for high volume assembly of Millimeter Wave radar transceivers.
