PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
1998 - Present President of ProMech Engineering, Inc.
1995 - 1998 Project Engineer, Remmele Engineering, Inc., Automation Division
Sales and management of special machine development projects. Noteworthy accomplishments include the development of high speed handling techniques for rubber components, investigation of FDA compliant high release coatings for use in rubber bonding processes. I also served as an internal ISO Auditor.
1993 - 1995 Engineering Specialist, Factory Systems Engineering, Inc.
Sales, management and execution of engineering studies and special machine development projects. Noteworthy accomplishments include spearheading the firm's transition to solid modeling as its standard CAD platform. I also provided the firm with major project experience in the areas of robotics and machine vision, enabling the firm to pursue opportunities in these new areas, and I successfully executed the firm's first robotic/vision projects.
1977 - 1993 Principal Engineer, Honeywell/Alliant Tech systems
I held a variety of manufacturing, process and machine development engineering positions in both Residential and Defense groups. I achieved steady promotion within the engineering grades and assumed increasing responsibilities over a 16 year period. I successfully executed numerous projects, including automation projects employing dial index, in-line transfer and robotic platforms. Noteworthy accomplishments include winning the prestigious Honeywell Technical Achievement Award in 1989, and being named inventor on several United States Patents for manufacturing systems and processes.
