Welcome to my Web site!

My name is Dave Welch.

I live in North Western New York State USA.

What I sell are Cylinder Experimenters kits to convert the larger plastic model submarines to R/C (Radio Control) operation.

I have seven Cylinder kits available at this time. One for the Trumpeter 1/144 Kilo, the 1/144 Seawolf, the Steve Neill 1/96 Blueback, Steve Neill 1/96 212, 1/144 George Washington, the Revell 1/72 Type VIIc, and last but not least the 1/72 Revell Gato.

These kits give you the basic underwater operation enclosure and the instructions on a CD ROM that show how I did my conversion.

These models can be built as dynamic diving (Forced underwater by foreword motion and the dive planes) or static diving (depth controlled by a ballast tank and dive planes).

I am now selling my new 3.1-R cylinder.   The 3.1-R is a RTR cylinder for hulls in the 40-50 inch range. A receiver is all that is required to have it ready to install in your model.

I am also selling my limited run of Seaview cylinder kits which are also ready to install minus the receiver.

If you click on the buttons for the these kits it will take you to a more detailed explanation of what comes with each kit.

New-   My kits now come with my own design shaft and linkage output seals which are designed for RCABS and RCABS-R operation.

You can email me at david_w43@yahoo.com for more information or any questions you may have on my kits.

The kits are made and sold on a first come first served basis. I try to keep them in stock, but this is not always possible.

    Thank You, David J Welch
