Please note our prepayment and cancellation policies. They are a vital part of the management of a small inn. Full Prepayment is requested for stays up to 2 days, a 50% deposit is required for longer stays and should be received within 5 days of making the reservation. Your deposit is refundable with 14 days notice of cancellation.   If  you cancel your reservation with less than 14 days notice and your room cannot be rebooked, you will forfeit your deposit.  If your deposit was made by credit card, your card will be charged a cancellation fee ($20.00 or $50.00 for holiday periods and the lake Placid Ironman.)

Check-in time:     3:00 PM

Check-out time:    11:00 AM

Late Arrivals:    Please call us if plan to arrive later than 10:00 PM.  Late checkouts may be available depending on pending arrivals and at an extra charge.

During certain holidays and the Lake Placid Ironman, there is a minimum reservation of 4 or more nights required depending on the holiday.  No AAA discounts will be offered during Ironman or the holidays.  Because of the limited availability during these periods, no refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions unless the Ironman is canceled or Whiteface Mt. Ski Area is closed.  For Ironman reservations, the cancellation period is 30 days before the event and the cancellation fee is $50.00.

For the enjoyment of all our guests the inn maintains a strict " No Smoking" policy throughout.
