Grinding: .25 lb
Tenderizing: .45 lb
Making Patties: .70 lb
Seasoning: .30 lb
Bacon: 1.00 lb
Slicing Bacon: 2.00 per half
Hams: $ 1.00 lb
Rendering: $5.00 per half
Pork Links: 3.19 lb (25 lb minimum)
Bratwurst: 3.09 lb (25 lb minimum) original only
Smoked Chops: $ 1.00 lb
Smoked Bratwursts: 4.09 lb (25 lb minimum)
Ham Loaf: 1.75 lb (25 lb minimum)
