What makes him the coolest guy in all of Indiana?

It's hard to identify just one area of coolness. Coolness is more of a state of being. Growing up, I always wanted to know what made some people cool and others not. Like most of our current world, it is based upon perception. What is "cool" to one person may not be cool to someone else.

I really doubt that I am Indiana's coolest guy or even one of the world's coolest people, but it doesn't hurt to try.
