To reserve a baby we require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit unless for some reason we can not get you the animal you have requested. You will get 3 business days to get us the deposit or full price on animals that are available. However, if we don't receive your deposit within this time the animal will be taken off of hold and made available to other purchasers.

We will ship nationwide. Shipping is done through the airlines. It depends on which airline we use that is the most convenient to you and the destination airport. We ship from the Minneapolis/St.Paul (MSP) airport. The shipping cost vary depending what airline you use and how big or small the animal and crates are. Typical you can ship for $170.00- 250.00, this includes shipping, crate and health papers, if you wish to use counter to counter the price will be more. If purchasing more than I animal of the same species the airlines will allow 2 animals in one crate, but this is not allowed if species are different they must be shipped individually.

We will contact you by e-mail or phone which ever you prefer when your animal is ready for shipping. At this time we will let you know how much shipping will cost, you will again have 3 business days to get payment to us. We will not ship until the animal and the shipping are paid in full. 48 hours prior to shipping we will contact you by e-mail or phone with the airway bill number and flight conformation. It is important that everything is well coordinated for the safety of the animal. Buyers are also welcome to pick the animal up at our farm.

M & C Exotics is not responsible for any shipping charges or for refunding any shipping charges. Purchaser is responsible for checking with their state or county about being able to own an exotic animal before purchasing one. We will not refund the purchase price just because you are not allowed to own an exotic animal where you live. Do your research before you purchase not after.

We offer a 72-hour guarantee on all animals. This gives you enough time to take the animal to your veterinarian and have it looked at. We guarantee the animals we sell are in good health and free from congenital problems. If you have a problem, M & C Exotics will replace the animal or refund the purchase price at our discretion. This guarantee does not include negligence, accidents, stress, improper diet, or any treatable illness. If you believe your animal has a congenital problem, we must get a affidavit of what the animal has or how it diedfrom your licenced veterinarian. We also reserve the right to have our veterinrain correspond with the diagnosing veterinarian prior to honoring our guarantee. For us to honor our guarantee you must take your new animal to a licenced vet within 3 days of you receiving the animal, we suggest you do this anyway for the good of the animal. We take great pride in the health and well being of our animals.
