UPSTATE TELCO
Federal Credit Union

The Upstate Telco FCU, Charter #10746, was organized on March 20, 1956. There were 17 chartering members and the first Board of Directors, Credit , and Supervisory Committee members were elected at its first special meeting.

The Credit Union is a non-profit financial institution that is owned and operated entirely by its members. Credit unions provide financial services for their members.

There are seven members who are elected by the members on the CU's Board of Directors and three supervisory committee members. They volunteer their time to attend monthly board meetings.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Upstate Telco Federal Credit Union is to provide an array of competitive banking products to our field of membership complemented by personalized customer service, strong, and conservative concern for member assets by both staff and the Board of Directors.
