A PAGE OF LINKS TO OTHER GAMING PAGES

Hello and greetings my friends. If you've found this page, then you might be interested in submitting your game page's link, a banner exchange, or joining my web ring, The Roleplayer's Summit. Why not do all three?

Mostly, I will include links here to pages owned by people who have asked me for this, or just sites I find very well done and informative. I'm always happy to help out and promote another site, provided it is not too commercial or rife with pop up links, and that it is game related, naturally. For a simple TEXT link, it is NOT necessary for you to reciprocate and link to my page for me to do this.

If you are interested in this - and I hope you are, for we all need a little help getting out the good word - be sure to E-mail me the html code necessary for a link to your page. Also, give a one or two line description of your page, as well as a NAME or TITLE for your page. Thanks.

Email Jim (Send Praise, Critique, Complaints, Suggestions, Ideas, Corrections, or Submissions).

If you wish to reciprocate and put a text link to my site on your page, the suggested html code for the link to my page might be:

<P><A HREF="http://www.frontiernet.net/~jamesstarlight/index.html" TARGET="_top">General Starlight's Fantasy Roleplaying Game Page</A> (Sage Advice Summarizing Over 25 Years Of Gaming Experience. Read Many Articles About Roleplaying, AD&D, D&D, Or Gaming In General. Find Information, House Rules, Tips, And Ideas For Your Own Game.)

It would more or less look like this somewhere on one of your pages:

General Starlight's Fantasy Roleplaying Game Page (Sage Advice Summarizing Over 25 Years Of Gaming Experience. Read Many Articles About Roleplaying, AD&D, D&D, Or Gaming In General. Find Information, House Rules, Tips, And Ideas For Your Own Game.)

Similarly, the html code back to your page - that I will post here for you - should be in this style, if possible.

If you wish to exchange banners, then you must work a little harder. Your page's banner must be 468 X 60 pixels, and take less than 30k of memory. Submit its URL and any appropriate text.

My html code and text for my banner - which MUST appear somewhere on your site since this is a banner 'exchange' - though it need not necessarily appear on your main page - is as follows:

<P><A HREF="http://www.frontiernet.net/~jamesstarlight/index.html" TARGET="_top"><IMG BORDER=0 SRC="http://www.frontiernet.net/~jamesstarlight/OrlantiaLogo.gif" ALT="Orlantia Logo" HEIGHT=60 WIDTH=468></A><BR><A HREF="http://www.frontiernet.net/~jamesstarlight/index.html">General Starlight's Fantasy Roleplaying Game Page</A>

Your html banner code should be in a similar format.

It would more or less look like this somewhere on one of your pages:

Orlantia Logo
General Starlight's Fantasy Roleplaying Game Page

DO NOT SEND YOUR PAGE'S ACTUAL BANNER. I do not have infinite room to host your banner image. Only send its URL.

Finally, if you'd like information regarding my own web ring, The Roleplayer's Summit, then follow the link below:

And where are all these goodies kept? Why right here, of course:

The Actual Link, Web Ring, and Banner Page. Check It Out!

NOTE: Some ISPs do not allow remote accessing of your page's images. My old one didn't, but my new one does. That is, your page can call up local images of its own, but other sites may not be able to do so. If your site is like that, hopefully you can always find a free site to post those few images - like for your banner - that you do wish to share with the outside world.

If you wish, you may submit a text link AND/OR a banner link AND/OR even join the web ring. It's all good.

Email Jim (Send Praise, Critique, Complaints, Suggestions, Ideas, Corrections, or Submissions).

Thank You for your attention, and HAPPY GAMING ;-)
