Roleplayer's Summit

Just another web ring? We hope not. The Roleplayer's Summit is intended to include very special kinds of game page sites.

Are you a Game Master or Dungeon Master? Have you labored long over your own original world and taken the time to make a web page for it on top of that? First and foremost, no advice is as good as an excellent example. What you've done is tried and true and play tested, and if others have enjoyed your world, this ring will help connect you and your world to even more gamers so they may share in your vision, see how you did it, learn from your examples, and get tips and ideas for their own game. We encourage any GM or DM who has such an offering to join The Roleplayer's Summit.

Also we endorse other sites that attempt to describe what roleplaying is all about and have content aimed at new players which invites them to partake of the wonders of the best hobby in the world, roleplaying games. If your site sports a few encouraging words or has nice things to say about this greatest of all pass times, we encourage you to join The Roleplayer's Summit.

Friendly advice is often welcome for those trying to learn about roleplaying. If your game page takes a few minutes to offer pointers on how to roleplay better, speaks about character development, or in any way addresses any one of the myriad approaches and styles of roleplaying, then we want you to join The Roleplayer's Summit.

Game Masters need encouragement too. Need they buy one supplement after another to get it? Of course not. Free sage advice from one GM to another is hard to find. Does your site offer advice to other Game Masters, describe the problems you've had and how you solved them, or elaborate on ways to improve running a game more smoothly, with flare or with style? Does your site speak of plot and intrigue, story development, NPC back grounds, world development, or offer any advice other GMs may find useful? If so, then you should join The Roleplayer's Summit.

Does your game page offer rules variants, house rules, or rule advice? Does it expand upon the standard rules for your favorite roleplaying game or even offer a whole new system you think is superior? Does it offer new creatures, new classes, new spells or magic items, new equipment, or in any way expound upon the core rules of your personal choice in roleplaying games? Then we solicit you to add your game page to The Roleplayer's Summit.

Maybe your game page contains story ideas, scenarios, down-loadable maps for individual adventures, or any cool setting that others may use in which to roleplay, helping to flesh out their world. If you have anything like that, don't you think you should share it? Join The Roleplayer's Summit and you will.

Is your site a watering hole for gamers? Do you maintain message boards, bulletin boards, news groups, or have a good place to make contact with other gamers and swap stories? Can one post questions and receive answers from your patrons at large? If you have this kind of site, we also wish to invite you to join The Roleplayer's Summit.

Whether your site offers free advice to Players or Game Masters, as long as it's about roleplaying, it's all good. So if your site contains sage advice on any aspect of better roleplaying, or you just want to show off your original world, you should join this web ring. Promote the hobby, promote good roleplaying, or even promote your own world, but get the good word out there by joining today.
