Heartbeat’s teaching staff is comprised of degreed performing professionals who are internationally noted in their fields and are master class instructors, or are graduates of Heartbeat’s Senior Academy Program and are college Dance Majors.  All teachers are passionate about providing high caliber and effective dance or acting training in a non-competitive and nurturing environment. HEARTBEAT STUDIOS RATES AND FEES

Students enrolling in classes during the school year are enrolling through the session’s end in June.  Monthly tuition is the same regardless of the number of weeks of classes in a month.  Tuition is due on the first day of each month and all prepaid tuition is non-refundable.  You can pay by cash, check or credit card but must supply us with a credit card number to register.  You may sign up for reoccurring billing automatically charged to your credit card each month, but it is not mandatory.  Heartbeat has a 10-day tuition payment grace period and any late tuition payments will be automatically charged to your credit card, including the late fee.  Tuition discount rates increase with the number of hours taken, meaning that the more hours of classes a student enrolls, the higher the discount rate.

OTHER FEES

Registration Fee: $35.00 for new students and $20.00 for returning students from immediate session prior.  The registration fee is per family regardless of the number of students per family.

Costumes: Typically, costume fees are $65 to $115.00 per class. This includes all dances within a combination class - for example: a Ballet/Tap/Jazz combination class would pay a total of $115.00 resulting in $38.33 per costume for each of their three dances.   

Drop In: $3.00 above per-hour rate for class attended. 

Private Classes: Call for availability and rate.

Late Payment Fee: $10.00

Returned Checks: $30.00 is charged for each returned check.

Class Changes: An administrative fee of $25.00 per class will be assessed for any class changes that are not recommended by an instructor after the end of October.  All changes must be notified in writing. Class Change forms are available at the front desk.  No verbal class changes are accepted.
