Greetings, It is with great joy to announce that H.E.A.R.T. Centered Living will be participating in the 17th Annual Colorscape Arts Festival this year which will be held on Saturday Sept 10th from 10-6 & Sunday, Sept 11th from 11-5 in Downtown Norwich. We will be located on the West Main Street side, in front of the Chenango County Arts Council building, across from the Library.
Christina Kramer will be making her annual tour to our community from June 3 through July 15. She brings a wealth of healing gifts with many years of training and experience as a teacher, healer and channel.

This work is based on the meditations and gatherings that we had back in December, January & February with Lama Tsering.
Level 1 Open Heart Workshop is a practical and experiential workshop designed to help the participant to feel the beauty of blessings in the heart.
The exercises in this workshop will show you how to reduce the domination of the brain and strengthen your heart connection, bringing abundant joy, peace, and calm into your life.
Level 1 Open Heart Workshop helps you to become attuned and better able to feel your heart.
Level 1 Goals:
a.. getting to know your heart better
b.. getting to know heart/feeling and brain/thoughts
c.. better strengthening your heart
d.. lessening the domination from your brain
e.. opening your heart through OPEN HEART MEDITATION
f.. realizing True Source's Blessing within your heart
g.. surrendering more to True Source
h.. relying on True Source's Blessing within your heart in praying and living your daily life
i.. letting your heart become more dominant in your daily life
This is the Saturday before Mother's Day, and what better way to work with this wonderful loving open heart energy then on a weekend when we celebrate Mothers. Because we are offering this workshop for one day, we can keep the costs to $100. per person per class.

This is just a reminder to let you know that the Heart Centered Group is no longer meeting at Cup-A-Jo's Cafe on Wednesday evening. The new location is the First Congregational Church in Binghamton. On Monday night's from 6-8PM. The church is located at 30 Main Street. At the corner of Front Street and Main Street. Parking is in the rear off of Front Street, across from the Ridley-Lowell building.
