Death certificate states that Ida May died at 1 A.m. of "cerebral hemorrhage". The name of her husband is not listed, only her father and mother. The informant was E.H. Hayden (Ernest Hezekiah Hayden), her brother. This is a little odd as she was listed as married. Why her husband was not the informant I have no idea.
