The first floor features a kitchen, dining/family area, half-bath and washer/dryer. Climb the wooden spiral staircase to the living room, featuring a gas fireplace, a wet bar, refrigerator, sitting area, and sliding glass doors which lead to a balcony overlooking the moors. Continue up the stairs to the third floor, which features two bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and private decks. The full bathroom is also located on the top level. Skylights are featured in the bathroom and in one bedroom.

An easy walk to the bike path leading to the beach. The center of town is also within walking distance or catch the town loop bus at the nearby Provincetown Inn.
