First Floor

The first floor features beautiful ceramic tile floors and consists of a recently renovated full kitchen where you will find everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one:

Off of the kitchen, you will find a half-bath and a laundry room featuring a Bosch washer and dryer. Beyond the breakfast bar is the dining/family area, which features a table and chairs with seating for four (plus 2 breakfast bar stools and folding chairs for additional guests). This area also has a futon, a television, CD Player, and telephone.
