Arnold Schwarzenegger, who now is the "Govenator" of California, and utters such disturbing phrases like "Get into shape you girly state!" in his infamous accent on a near daily basis.
Robocop
Two or three actors played the cyborg cop as the series progressed, none are really worth mentioning, and I'm too lazy to look up their names anyway.
