For those individuals that would like to rent the Willkommen Hof, it may be done as a vacation rental. There are reduced rates for vacation rentals. A minimum of 5 to 7 days is required. There will also be charged a one time cleaning fee of $100 and a security deposit of $1000 required, cash, check or credit card. The vacation rental includes all linens, towels, and use of the kitchen. No food or other services will be provided. The maximum capacity for vacvation rentals is 20 people.
Special Events and Catering
The staff of the Willkommen Hof will be happy to assist you with planning a catered function. In the past, the Willkommen Hof has hosted ski clubs, family reunions, wedding rehersal dinners, and pig roasts. Because the Willkomen hof is a licensed premise by the NYS Liquor Authority, beer and wine is available for purchase on site. For catered events, the management can provide a list of wines and beers available for purchase at a discounted rate.
If you are planning an indoor affair, the sitting capacity is approximately 25 people. During the summer and fall, the outdoor picnic and deck may also be used, bringing the total capacity to 100 people.
