Wood Badge for the 21st Century is the ultimate in advanced training for all levels of leadership within the BSA program. Designed to benefit Scouting’s volunteers as well as Scouting professionals the program incorporates the best of the Scouting program with the most current leadership models taught and practiced by today’s top-notch companies and educational institutions.
Through your involvement in the course you will come to know the tradition and history of Wood Badge. At the same time you will have the opportunity to make new friends who bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience they are eager to share. Alongside a top-notch training staff participants use their creativity to incorporate exuberance, entertainment, and laughter into the learning experiences in which they are involved. Wood Badge is not only an opportunity to grow in leadership knowledge but an opportunity to personally experience the joy of scouting using the imagination and perspective of today's youth.
