William Liddle's Last Will

In the name of God,Amen.

I William Liddle of the County of Dearborn and State of Indiana being in my right mind and possessing a degree of health, considering the shortness of life and the certainty of death, and wishing to settle my Estate, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, rooking any and all former will or wills by me I any wise made.

First I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Rachel Liddle all my household furniture, together with all the ? ,profits and income arising from my farm where I now live, also the profits arising from Twenty acres more or less, held by me in section.five, Township six, in Dearborn County and the State of Indiana - Also I give to my wife Rachel Liddle the interest annually arising from my notes in cash which is at interest.

Secondly- I will that my Executor make the sale of all my personal property and out of the proceeds of such sale said Executor shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses- balance to be applied as herein after divided.

Thirdly- I will that my Executor pay to my son William Liddle Twelve months after my death, out of the proceeds of the sale of my personal property as above, five dollars-

Fourthly- I will that my Executor pay to my daughter Mary Sawdon Twelve months after my death out of the proceeds of the sale of my personal property as above, five dollars-

Fifthly- I will that my Executor pay to my daughter Martha Compton Twelve months after my death, out of the proceeds of the sale of my personal property as above, Fifty dolllars.-

Sixthly- I will to my son George L. Liddle Sixty acres of Land, being a part of West half of the North West quarter of Section Five in Township Six. Range One West, in Dearborn County, and State of Indiana, line of Division to our East and West,

Sevenly I will that my Executor as soon as may be convenient after the death of my wife Rachel Liddle, Sell the farm on which I now live, either at public or private sale which will produce the most money the proceeds of which sale shall be by my Executor equally divided between ? ? ? Jane Rowe-Elizabeth Judd,Ann Smith and my son John Liddle-said John Liddle portion to be equally divided between said John Liddle's three oldest children namely Watts Liddle, Jane Liddle, and John W. Liddle.

Eightly- I will that my Executor shall pay to Margaret Liddle when she comes of age fifty dollars out of the notes as above specified if said Margaret Liddle die before she comes of age or leave no heirs in that case the above fifty dollars to be equally divided between all the legacles-

Ninthly- I will that my Executor pay to Thomas Liddle an equal share with my three daughters as above and my son John Liddle out of the proceeds ot the sale of the farm as above described, where I now live.

Tenthly- I will and appoint my son George L. Liddle my sole Executor of this last Will and Testament.
