Hooch of the officers of the First Lift Platoon, 192nd AHC, LZ Betty, Phan Thiet

These hooches were built by the men of the 192nd AHC in their time off duty from April through September of 1969. The officers had formerly lived in General Purpose tents about 200 feet East of this site.

The 192 AHC maintenance area is in the background, and a CH-47 is landing at the LZ Betty POL area.
