The 3.1-R is my latest cylinder that has been through testing and is designed to operate a submarine that is between 40-50" in length, and at least 3.5" ID. The 3.1-R uses the RCABS-R system that is described in the ballast systems section. This will be a limited production item that will be built to order. It will be RTR (Ready To Run). All you will need is your own transmitter and receiver.    The cylinder has a 18 OZ ballast lift.

  The cylinder has great features like.

A-R/X mounted in the front cap away from any system noise.
