					The Upstate Telco FCU, Charter No. 10746, was organized on March 20, 1956. The first Board of Directors, Credit, and Supervisory Committee members were elected at its first special meeting. In 2007, we will continue to look for new ways to make your Credit Union even more user friendly. We now offer you a Debit Card for cash free transactions at local retailers accepting debit cards. You can use this same card to transfer funds between acounts and even withdraw cash from your local ATM's. Contact your business office for information concerning this new service.
