The regular meeting of the Truman City Council was held November 4, 2002 at 7:30 p.m.  Meeting was called to order by Mayor Belgard.

     Present:  Councilors Clow, Leimer, Oren, and Rode

     Absent:   None  

1.  MINUTES:

     A motion was made by Rode, seconded by Leimer to approve the minutes of the last meeting held October 21, 2002.  All ayes - carried.

2.  ORDER TO RAZE HAZARDOUS BUILDING – RESOLUTION #02-09:

     Upon re-inspection by the building official and based on his recommendation, a motion was made by Clow, seconded by Rode to adopt Resolution #02-09 for an Order to Raze Hazardous Building located at 321 South Central Avenue.  All ayes – carried.

3.  CITY CLAIMS:

     A motion was made by Leimer, seconded by Rode to approve the city claims:

              General Account   #21382-21424        $4,815.72

All ayes - carried.

4.  MISCELLANEOUS:

     Will check with City Attorney to see if it is possible to sell the used fire tanker truck to another department directly.

5. SALARIES FOR 2003:

 A motion was made by Leimer, seconded by Clow to go into executive

session to discuss employee salaries for 2003.  All ayes carried.  Time – 7:49 p.m.

     A motion was made by Oren, seconded by Leimer to go out of executive session.  All ayes – carried.  Time – 8:08 p.m.

6.  ADJOURN:

     A motion was made by Oren, seconded by Leimer to adjourn.  All ayes - carried.  Time:  8:09 p.m.
