This week's schedule at St. Jude Chapel:
Wednesday 11/18 - 5 pm student leadership supper / meeting
7 pm - faith sharing - small groups
Picture Directory - Olan Mills Photography will be at St. Jude this week taking individual and group photos, if you would like your picture taken (everyone gets a free 8 by 10) they will be here Thursday and Friday from 3- 9 pm and Saturday 10 am- 5-pm.
Sunday Mass - 11 am and 6:30 pm - confession available before 6:30 mass
7:30 bible study
Sunday Thanksgiving dinner - St. Brendan and Jude parish is co- sponsoring a thanksgiving dinner with Almond Union of Churches at their place on 11 Main Street in Almond this Sunday at 5 pm all are welcome to a great meal (bring a dessert if you can). If you need a ride email Chris.
Next Thursday is Thanksgiving and some parishioners have invited students who are unable to go home for the holiday to their homes for dinner. So if you or someone you know will be here please let Chris know.
Throughout the month of November we remember those who have died and pray for their souls. In the back of the church is the book of life which you can sign the names of those you wished to have remembered at masses

Upcoming events
St. Jude parish is the home of Catholic Campus Ministry in Alfred. We are here to serve the Catholic community on the campuses of Alfred State College, and Alfred University. Here at St.Jude we offer opportunities for prayer, education, spiritual and pastoral counseling, social activities, music, faith sharing, social outreach and much more. The St. Jude Center is located right across the street from the Main Attraction on Alfred State’s Campus on Lower College Drive. You are welcome to stop by anytime; to pray, for a quiet place to study in the lounge, to enjoy the big screen TV or if you just want someone to talk with. We hope to see you and bring a friend.

Community Service twice a month - serve at the Wellsville Soup Kitchen (October 3, November 14, and December 14)
Ministery with the elderly at McCauley Manor (October 15, November 19 and December 3)
Sunday - choir practice 6:15 pm (new members always welcome)
Bible Study 7:30 pm
