ACT Guidelines
1)
Always
treat fellow youth members and leaders with dignity and respect, as brothers
and sisters in Christ and children of God.
2)
Do
not physically or verbally abuse others.
This means that under no circumstances should you hit,
gossip about, or make fun of another person.
3)
Respect
4)
Everyone
present at youth group events are expected to participate from start to
finish. This includes set-up and
clean-up and everything in between.
5)
Meetings
are considered part of our youth group.
This is where important information is given out and when we plan
events. Please try to attend them
regularly. Servant events are also as
equally important. Lack of
participation in either will result in less fun events for the individual.
6)
Registration
forms and Activity Consent forms are required for any and all activities
sponsored by the ACT Youth Group.
No exceptions!
7)
You
must call by the due date of an event to participate. We will let you know the dates in
advance and also send a reminder email beforehand. It is your responsibility to let us know
whether or not you’ll be attending an event.
8)
Cell
phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited during ACT meeting
and service events unless approved by the youth group leaders.
9)
We
want you to have fun at all our activities, but please keep in mind that we are
representing the youth of St. John Lutheran Church of Tigerton. Please always come with a positive
attitude, and always be on your best behavior. Anyone being repeatedly disrespectful
will be asked to be picked up by a parent.
