ACT Guidelines

1)            Always treat fellow youth members and leaders with dignity and respect, as brothers and sisters in Christ and children of God.

2)            Do not physically or verbally abuse others.  This means that under no circumstances should you hit, gossip about, or make fun of another person.

3)            Respect St. John property.  Do not misuse, damage, or disfigure anything that doesn’t belong to you.  Everyone is expected to clean up after him/herself before going home from any meeting or event.

4)          Everyone present at youth group events are expected to participate from start to finish.  This includes set-up and clean-up and everything in between.

5)            Meetings are considered part of our youth group.  This is where important information is given out and when we plan events.  Pleaes try to attend them regularly.  Lack of participation will result in less fieldtrips for the individual.

6)          Permission slips are required for all activities or trips that take place away from church.  No exceptions!

7)           You must call by the due date of an event to participate.  We will let you know the dates in advance and also send a reminder email beforehand.  It is your responsibility to let us know whether or not you’ll be attending an event.

8)           We want you to have fun at all our activities, but please keep in mind that we are representing the youth of St. John Lutheran Church of Tigerton.  Please always come with a positive attitude, and always be on your best behavior.  Anyone being repeatedly disrespectful will be asked to be picked up by a parent.
