The Westside Bandits was founded in the fall of 2005. The players, ages 11 and 12, were selected for their passion for baseball and their desire to play at a higher level. Through the generosity of local sponsors and the support and commitment of parents, the Westside Bandits will be competing in Western New York and in tournaments throughout the Northeast.

The Westside Bandits is committed to the principles and values of North Coast Baseball.
North Coast Baseball was founded with the purpose of providing a higher level of youth baseball in a challenging sportsman-like setting. North Coast Baseball is a travel league that utilizes 70’ baselines and 50’ pitching distances and is governed by professional baseball rules.

In 2006, the team participated in the National American Tournament of Champions at Cooperstown Dreams Park.
