Standardized Testing Program


To provide independent measurements of our school's performance in teaching, and to improve the curriculum, St. Charles has established a standardized testing program. The following tests apply to students of this unit:
  • Grade 6: Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS)
  • Grade 6: NYS Reading/ Social Studies
  • Grade 7: Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT)
  • Grade 8: NYS English/Language Arts
