Bereavement
(Grief) Support Group: An ongoing
Bereavement Group for those who have lost someone significant in
their lives. The loss may
be recent or it may be a loss that was never adequately grieved.
Feel free to join us or to call us for more information about the
format. Basically it is a
place for people to feel safe and welcome and to have a place to express
their thoughts and feelings while also listening to those of others. We
meet one Monday a month 7:30 –9:00 p.m.
Facilitator is Mary Ann Fackelman (663-5856.) |

Centering Prayer Group: Simply by stopping and sitting still, declaring our desire for God’s presence, we express our consent to God’s active involvement in our own life and we offer an open space for God to cultivate God’s personal response to us. This is the ancient wisdom, revitalized for our own time, in the practice of Centering Prayer. But stopping and sitting still isn’t so simple for most of us today. The Centering Prayer group exists to support and encourage those who are attracted to being with God in this silent sharing. Meets every other Thursday 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. Lorraine Van Cour is the facilitator. |
|
Prayer Tree: Individuals who pray for people on request. If you have intentions, please feel free to call them in. If you'd like to join the prayer tree, let us know. 663-5856. |
|
Rosary Group: Praying the rosary is the focus of this group. There is also some time devoted to the lives and writings of the saints. This group meets each Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. to pray the rosary together. Wilda Liana is the coordinator. |
