The Bike the Buffer Tour will have 3 different courses. The 9-mile course will be on old roads that run through the Buffer Lands. These roads have not been maintained in over 30 years and are not suitable for road bikes; hybrids or BMX-style bikes are needed for these roads. The 16- and 18-miles courses are on roads and rugged paths and require mountain bikes.
