Skoog Garlic Farm is located in Brockport, New York. It is a place where garlic is grown the old fashioned way, naturally. Soil preparation makes all the difference in the quality of the end product in terms of flavor and size. Great contributions have been made by the horses who live on the farm, along with many truckloads of mulch. Growing Garlic on a small scale is very labor intensive, and with good management you can produce an outstanding product that can hold it's own anywhere. The key is doing it organically...no chemicals!
