Research - Per Hour Fee		$25.00
Transportation Fee (mileage, parking & metro pass)		$40.00
Photocopies		$.20 per copy
Any miscellaneous expenses*		E-mail for availability and pricing
*(Color copies, scanned material, copy to disk, digital pictures,...etc.)

 

If no service or pension record is found there will be a flat rate of $25.00 per hour, per item researched.

 

Disclaimer: I do a large volume of very specific individualized research before I go to either Archive location to assure the customer that there is material on file. I work closely with the archivists to verify information before time is wasted upon a fruitless search. The flat rate is for those rare instances that the archive material has been checked out or misplaced. In any event, I will  deduct $25.00 from the total cost of the next search as per the clients approval of continuing the research.
