The recipes posted under this link have been compiled over the last 2 years writing for the Herald-Mail. I've enjoyed creating my own recipes along with re-creating several traditional family favorites with new innovative twists. Each recipe has a story or sidebar detailing tips or thoughts I've run across when creating them.
While working with cheesemakers from Wisconsin, seafood experts from Phillips Foods, equipment experts from Cuisinart, grilling and smoking professionals from Char-Broil and a plethora of NACUFS chefs I've come to appreciate the truly unique flavor profiles that exisit by pairing the ordinary with extraordinary.
