Members have completed a course taught by members of the Earlanger Lifeforce flight team.When the Lifeforce crew is needed at the scene of an accident, members know what hazards to look for and the dimensions needed to land the large helicopter. Lifeforce's main hanger is at the Earlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tn. A new substation is set up only 7 minutes flight time away from Putnam County. It is located at the airport in Sparta, TN.
