Rates and Policies

Shetland Meadows is a seasonal, non-smoking, peaceful environment that is small dog friendly. We are open from mid May through mid November. On weekends, we require a two night minimum stay. Advance reservations and same day guests are welcome; however, advance reservations require one night’s deposit.  Our check-in is from 3 PM to 7 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. If you require a later check-in, please let us know in advance. We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. Our 2010 rates are $159 per night plus state and local taxes. When you book a reservation, we block out those rooms you have requested. In fairness, we must have enough time to rebook those rooms if you decide not to come. Cancellation must be made within two weeks of your scheduled arrival (3 weeks for racing event weekends and for the Finger Lakes Wine Festival weekend). Cancellations made with less time are subject to a one-night charge. Cancellations for reservations made within a 2 week period of your arrival will be allowed within 24 hours of making the reservation without charge. No Shows without any cancellation notice are subject to a charge for the entire period of the reservation, unless the room(s) is/are rebooked.
