PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Sandy Creek will hold regular monthly meetings the second Wednesday of each month in 2011 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 1992 Harwood Drive, Sandy Creek, NY. Dates are as follows:

LEGAL NOTICE
Notice of Receipt of Tax Roll & Warrant
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, Nola J. Gove, the undersigned Tax
Collector of the Town of Sandy Creek, County of Oswego and State of
New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of
taxes within the town of Sandy Creek for the year of 2011, and that I will
attend at 1992 Harwood Drive, in said Town of Sandy Creek, from January 3 to
January 31, 2011 Monday and Wednesday 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday 10
a.m. to 2:00 p.m. January through March.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2011 day
from the receipt of the tax roll and warrant, whichever is later without
charge or interest. On all taxes received after such date, there will be
added interest of 1 percent per month or fraction thereof thereafter until
until the return of unpaid taxes (March 31, 2011) to County Treasurer
pursuant to law.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, THAT PURSUANT to the provisions of law
tax roll of the Town of Sandy Creek will be returned to the County Treasurer
of Oswego on the 31st of March, 2011.
