Rosemount House A Comfortable Haven Away From Home

Rosemount House is maintained by a small, dedicated group of volunteers. To ensure that each visitor's stay will be safe and comfortable, and that we can continue to make the house available to individuals and families at very low cost, we have established the following simple rules:
  1. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

  2. No Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, weapons or pets are permitted in the house.

  3. Parents are required to attend to children at all times. Under no circumstances is a child to be left alone at the house.

  4. South Presbyterian Church is not responsible for personal belongings left in the house, on the property, or in automobiles.

  5. Should we need to enter the home for scheduled maintenance, repairs, or for any other reason, we will do our best to give you prior notice.

  6. The house accommodates up to 6 people. You must register all persons staying at the house.

  7. To the extent that you are able, we ask that you clean up after yourself during your stay. There are ample cleaning and laundry supplies and equipment at the house.

  8. Due to the high demand for the use of the Rosemount House, if you plan to stay more than one week, you will be asked to review your plans with us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled departure.
