Security Deposit/Reservation Fee
When you are ready to reserve the house, please send a $300 deposit. Upon receipt of this fee, we will put you on the calendar and guarantee your reservation. This is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation and we cannot re-rent the house. This fee also serves as a security deposit. It will be refunded after the cleaning service has determined that there is no damage to the house.
Rent and Rental Agreement
The entire rent is required two weeks in advance of your arrival. A fee of $80 per week per pet is also required. A rental agreement should be downloaded from the sidebar, filled in, signed, and sent to the above address. We must receive it two weeks prior to your arrival, along with the rent. You can also fax it to me, but call first (612-374-2290) to arrange it.

or by credit card by clicking the respective icon on the main page. When the next screen pops up don't bother to login to Paypal, just choose "click here" and proceed to the credit card information. If using a nightly rate, specify number of nights under "quantity", otherwise, specify 1.
House Manual
We have compiled a complete House Manual which sits on the counter near the phone. It contains detailed information on the heating and air conditioning, amenities, sauna, fireplace etc... Please take some time to read it when you get there, so you don't run into any problems. We have a few rules which should be mentioned right away:
(2) No outside fires in the firepit without a town fire permit.
(Use the charcoal grill for barbeques)
(3) Remove shoes before going
upstairs.
(4) Poop scoop after your dog and no pets on the furniture.
