Precious Kids Day Care and Preschool is a quality, registered family day care providing safe and loving child care to children ages 2 years and older since 2005. Children ages 2 years until Kindergarten also enjoy a complete fun and educational Preschool Program, all included in tuition cost. We enjoy a fun and effective daily Circle Time routine along with a variety of hands-on preschool activities.

We are located in the northeast section of Rochester, a couple of blocks from East Irondequoit, near North Goodman Street, Waring Road, Norton Street & Culver Road. We are also just around the corner from Bausch & Lomb.

Our non-smoking home offers a loving family atmosphere along with a safe, clean and bright classroom that encourages imaginative play, learning and creativity. Children develop their motor skills while continually growing in knowledge and parents definitely see the results!

Meet Mrs. B

Hi, my name is Christine (Mrs.B) and I am the teacher and child care provider here at Precious Kids Day Care and Preschool. I am Mom to two awesome teenagers and wife to a wonderful, loving hubby, Vince (Mr.B).

Nowadays, our teens are going to school and although I miss home schooling them, I truly enjoy spending time with and teaching my little day care friends and I take pride in my profession. My goal is to provide families with the best possible care at reasonable rates.

I am CPR certified, First Aid certified and MAT certified to give children medications when necessary. We participate in the CACFP Food Program which helps me to provide nutritious meals and snacks (which are included in weekly fees).

Our Preschool Program

Our complete preschool program uses a fun, hands-on approach to teach children the basics and more to prepare them for success in school and beyond! Preschool activities, arts and crafts, developmentally appropriate materials, computer activities, limited screen time and a literacy-rich environment create a positive and educational environment for young children.

Values such as love, respect, forgiveness, compassion, politeness, courage, determination, patience and cooperation are modeled, taught and encouraged here at Precious Kids Day Care and Preschool. Each child is encouraged to grow and learn at their own pace and to develop a positive self-image as a special creation with God-given talents and abilities unique to them!

We Love to Play!

Our fully stocked playroom offers a wide variety of toys, puzzles, art materials, games, blocks, dress-up things, books, and lots more to keep kids busy having lots of fun! The kids at Precious Kids Day Care & Preschool don't get bored, that's for sure! Some of our most popular fun centers are the Dress-Up Center, Building Center and Housekeeping Center.

Outdoor Playtimes

We regularly play outdoors (weather permitting) in our fully fenced backyard which is stocked with tons of things to do. Our backyard houses a variety of climbing toys, riding toys, push toys, sports equipment, swings, slides, a large parachute for parachute games, bubbles, chalk, bikes, a kitchen set, a sandbox and more. The children develop their motor skills and have a blast at the same time!
