PCC LEAH Kick off picnic 2009
Please plan to attend this whole chapter event!
Meet other families in the chapter, play games, and fellowship.
Bring a dish to pass. Dinner details are being sent out in email.
Friday, September 11th 2009 - 5pm to 9pm - Dinner served at 6pm
6:30- 7:00pm - A short chapter meeting.
Orchard Grove Shelter - Ellison Park. Directions - Google Map
Bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets.
There is a large playground 150 yards from the shelter, 50 yard dash to the bathrooms, and a short walk to the creek. Watch little kids around the creek.
The shelter is available earlier so if you would like to come earlier and enjoy Ellison park you welcome to do so.
Things to do: Ride bikes, take a walk, Frisbee Golf, feed ducks, play soccer, football or fly gliders.
Here are detailed directions to the park.
• Take 590 to Exit 6 - Blossom Rd.
• Travel east on Blossom Rd. to Ellison Park.
• Blossom Rd. goes through Ellison Park.
• Turn left into parking lot on north side of Blossom Rd.
• Park close to north west corner of lot.
• Take a short walk over the bridge. Orchard Grove shelter is to the left.
