Bremond Mandolin Cylinder Music Box has a 19 1/4" cylinder playing 8 airs. The box measures 34" long x 11" wide x 9" high. The songs are very familiar unlike some cylinder boxes and with wonderful arrangements. The Old Hundeth Psalm has been arranged at 1/2 its normal tempo resulting in a wonderful effect. Astor Chamber Organ, ca 1795 made by George Astor, England, brother of John Jacob Astor who came to America as an agent selling instruments for George's firm. John Jacob Astor had a music store ins what is now Manhattan NY before he entered the fur trade.
The organ has 3 ranks of pipes and a triangle which play from a pinned wooden barrel. There are 3 barrels with 10 tunes on each barrel. The original makers label and tune card still remain intact on the inside of the case.
Symphonium 9/12" Disc Bell Box This is a "new" copy made from exact specs of original. Single comb with 6 tuned saucer bells that play with the disc. Italian made inlaid case.
Regina 15 1/2" Disc Table Top Model, double comb in fancy oak case with rare matching disc cabinet. Serial number 25847 left Regina factory in Rahway, NJ 3/19/1898. The most popular style of Regina made with its double combs produces the sound that made Regina famous world wide.
Regina 27" Disc Upright Single Play Music Box, the largest of the music boxes. Mahogany. Serial number 21151 left Regina factory in Rahway, NJ 3/29/1897.
