Moloka'i Tribute

Kimo & I would like to express the sadness we feel for the people of Moloka'i who have had their lives turned upside down and put into turmoil  by the closing of the Moloka'i Ranch. For 3 summers, we enjoyed a week on your sacred and "Friendly" Island. We would also like to say mahalo to everyone who made our five keiki feel so at home including the Kite Factory and the Maunaloa Movie Theatre.  We send a very big mahalo to the embrace of Na Kupuna at the Moloka'i Lodge who welcomed us each year with open arms and each time asked us in one breath..."Play your guitar...dance, Hula dancer". We will miss your smiling faces and warm aloha. We send our Aloha to you across the sea with wishes of peace and happiness. Below are two original pieces that we created from experiencing the Aloha from you. Me Ke Aloha...Kimo & Ka'iulani
