How to Order

I. By Internet
A. Send via e-mail
1.List of items, including part numbers and quantities.
2.Send Ship to address, as well as phone number where you can be reached.
3.Send complete Credit card information, including name as it appears on the credit card (send Card number via two e-mails if you are concerned about security). Once credit card information is on file it will not be necessary to send it with future orders, only need will be to advise of updated expirations dates, etc.
4. Provide any additional information that may be helpful in filling your order promptly.

II. By Phone

1. Be prepared to include items 1 through 4 above.

III. By Fax
A. Call the FAX number (845-496-3049)
1. Include the information requested in 1 through 4 on the internet order.

IV. By Mail
A. Send order to:

1. Provide information listed in 1 through 4 for the internet.
2. Payment may be made with Credit Card, Personal Check, Money Order.
3. Make check payable to "Noel Arnold"
4. When paying with methods other than Credit Card, please insure that monies are provided for shipping and handling as well as insurance if you want it included.

Replies to Phone Calls are only made to clients on record. As a result of "crank calls", individuals requesting call backs that do not have complete address and phone information on file will not have their phone calls returned.
