PANDA is a non-profit (501c3) corporation created and funded by the Town of Red Hook, Village of Red Hook, Village of Tivoli, Town of Rhinebeck and Village of Rhinebeck. PANDA operates Channel 23 on Time Warner's cable television system in these municipalities, records town and village board meetings for cablecast and provides video recording equipment for use by residents of these 5 municipalities. PANDA will cablecast any citizen's VHS tape or DVD in full compliance with our own policies as well as the rules and regulations of the New York State Public Service Commission and the Federal Communications Commission. To have your single tape or disc cablecast, please fill out and sign both the program agreement and the single program scheduling request. If you would like PANDA to cablecast a series of your tapes or discs, please fill out and sign both the program agreement and the series scheduling request. PANDA also cablecasts a community calendar advertising events for these five town and village governments as well as non-profit organizations located within these municipalities. Please send proof of non-profit status and a write-up of about 40 words describing your non-profit group's event to newpandatv@yahoo.com so that we can post your event on the community calendar. Your write-up (and proof of non-profit status) must be submitted 14 to 90 days before the event to ensure that your event is posted.
