This is the home page for Mark, Deb, Ryan, and Nicole. Oh yeah...let's not forget Chloe, Sophie, Cocoa, Deb's horse-Max, and the family horse - Cotton. Taffy, our dog passed away summer 2007.
Ryan endured 21 straight days of testing in Tae Kwon Do during July '08 where he trimmed down, built muscle, took some beatings (and gave some too!), learned to hold his breath for up to 3 minutes, and learned some new breaks. And oh yeah ... became a Shodan (first degree Black belt). Check out the videos on the TKD page!
Ryan also became a licensed driver.
