Contracted with several Companies to provide Mil-Std-1388-2A Provisioning and Logistics (SLIC) Data on a sub-contract basis for 14 various DOD Procurement Contracts for the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps. and Navy.
Designed and developed a new database program that would meet the differing Military Specification requirements, for each contract.
A dBase 3+/Clipper program was created (PROVM), and then used in conjunction with several MS-COBOL program modules, on a single-station AT-386 to generate the desired output.

Attended a 2 week seminar for the implementation of the WDS MRP (Material Resource Planning) CompassCONTRACT, and was then responsible for in-house training.

Contracted with Flight Systems Inc. as a Consultant to establish an in-house ADP System for Air Force D220 Provisioning.
In this position, coordinated the software planning and preparation to include data element definition, database development using an INGRES Relational Database on a VAX/VMS System, and created COBOL output programs to meet the specification requirements.
Then trained 2 data entry clerks on the methods and procedures for provisioning, and completed the provisioning requirements.
Wrote several "S-REPORT" programs to retrieve data in specific report formats for in-house equipment tracking.

In addition, provisioned the APX-100 Transmitter/Receiver on a contract from NAVALEX. This document consisted of four configurations of the equipment, with Usable-On-Codes to distinguish the basic differences.
Main responsibility as a consultant was to create these PPLs IAW the contract information and to ensure the accuracy of the final documents.
