In keeping with the Society's educational mission, all Brockport Central School District fourth grade classes tour the House each year. This affords these students a unique first hand opportunity to experience the Victorian way of life. To arrange for tours or other guided visits, please call the WMHS office at (585) 637-3645. Each Spring and Fall, an Antiques Class by Price Prazar, certified antiques appraiser, is co-sponsored by the Morgan-Manning House. The next class begins on April 22, 2010 and runs for six weeks, meeting on Thursday afternoons from 1:00 to 3:00 at the Morgan-Manning House. Topics include potpourri, ephemera, berr items, serving pieces, beverage glasses and furniture (bring pictures). The cost is $45 for members and $50 for non-members. For more information or to reserve a space, please call Janet Rabjohn at (585) 637-3645 The most current list of lectures and seminars can be viewed here. These programs are all presented at the Morgan-Manning House. |
