Tom Crow, Executive Pastor for First Baptist Church,
Nashville, Tennessee

Tom is currently the Executive Pastor for First Baptist Church, Nashville, TN and previously served as Associate Pastor-Administrator at First Baptist Church of Charlotte, North Carolina for 15+ years. He has been in ministry for a total of 27 years, having also served churches in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Fort Worth, Texas.

Tom and his wife, Jackie are originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Before entering seminary, Tom served three years in the United States Army. He has served churches in the fields of education, evangelism and administration, as an ordained pastor and also as an ordained deacon.

He has a strong desire and passion to lead people to Christ and to disciple and equip others to grow spiritually with Christ at the center of life. He has led 16 mission trips to Russia, and he also helps churches train workers and develop effective teams at volunteer & staff levels to provide excellence in all of local church ministry.

A number of hobbies and outdoor interests occupy his relaxing time including fishing, boating, camping and hunting. He and Jackie enjoy reading and time together traveling and exploring new places. Tom walks his dog Tucker, to stay in shape and maintain a healthy life balance.

Tom and his wife, Jackie, currently reside in Nashville, Tennessee. They have 2 grown children.
