Lynn Diveley, Principal, Diveley Lind & Associates, LLC

Lynn M. Diveley is a founding principal of Diveley Lind & Associates, LLC, an independent, fee-only financial planning firm.  She brings the perspective of over thirty years of financial planning and wealth management experience to her clients.  She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and Accredited Asset Management Specialist.   Estate planning and developing financial plans for a variety of clients throughout the Shenandoah Valley and Charlottesville areas is her specialty.  Mrs. Diveley is also a popular speaker on these topics. 

Her professional memberships include the Central Virginia Estate Planning Council where she is past president, the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and the National Assoc. of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).  And her civic/community involvements currently include board membership on the Bridgewater Healthcare Foundation; Ruth Graham and Friends; and Harrisonburg Rotary Foundation.  She is also Immediate Past President of the Harrisonburg Rotary Club; past president of the Staunton Augusta Waynesboro Community Foundation; past treasurer and board member of the Stonewall Jackson Area Council, Boy Scouts of America and Blue Ridge Community College. 

Mrs. Diveley has been the recipient of numerous honors for her efforts, most notably State of Virginia Young Career Woman from the Virginia Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Organization and the highest volunteer honor awarded by the Stonewall Jackson Council of the Boy Scouts.  She is also very active in her church, New Covenant Community Church.

Mrs. Diveley resides in New Hope, Virginia with her husband Dave.  She has 2 grown sons, Joshua and Christopher.
